Install pims_nd2 on your Mac OSX

Before installing pims_nd2, make sure you already installed “pip” on your mac. You could learn how to install “pip” here:

Let me tell you how to install pims_nd2 step by step, so let’s get started!

Step 1. Install pims_nd2

Open your terminal.app on your mac and simply type:
(make sure to type sudo, so you can execute as an administrator)

[...] ChenTingHao% sudo pip install pims_nd2

Type your password and the installation should run successfully. You should see the result:

Successfully installed pims-0.3.3 pims-nd2-1.0 six-1.10.0 slicerator-0.9.7
